Our team organized and ensured the authorization of promo staff for MBM My Home’s activity at Lavina Mall. Throughout the day, two promoters worked in the busiest areas of the shopping mall, strategically selecting spots with high visitor traffic to engage as many potential customers as possible.
They handed out flyers, shared information about the store, its assortment, and benefits, and invited guests to visit and take advantage of current promotions. Special attention was paid to personal interaction — promoters engaged in conversations, answered questions, and created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
